"Hi, I’m Lucy — a Level 3 City & Guilds qualified dog groomer with over 10 years of experience. My passion for animals began in childhood and has only grown stronger over the years. I’ve always been animal mad, and turning that love into a career has been incredibly rewarding.
I started my journey in 2015 growing from a solo groomer to a high street grooming shop hosting space for other like minded groomers.
What I enjoy most about my work is getting to know each dog as an individual. Building trust and creating a calm, relaxed environment is at the heart of everything I do. I believe that grooming should be a positive experience for every dog, which is why I have a big jar of treats and handle each pet with care and respect.
When I’m not grooming I’m spending time with my son and own furry family — Louie (Dachshund), Saffron (Shih tzu), Sage (Frenchie) and Sphynx cat sushi."

By renting tables and work space within Oh My Paws, they enjoy the freedom of being their own boss while benefiting from the support and sense of community that comes with being part of a professional team.

Every dog is different, so I like to pay close attention to their body language and individual needs throughout the grooming process to help build trust and create a bond.
I have a corgi called Piglet who gives the best cuddles but is a bit of a mischievous boy !
